GoogleThe Land Registry website is an absolute disgrace. I know because I have been using it for 15 years. After using it for several years I did actually make a formal complaint to LR about it and I was told that I was the only person who had complained. The 'login' facility does not work adequately.

GoogleReally poor website. Their main focus from the start is to gain more customers rather than make it easy to look at properties for sale. I was looking for a property that has a new sale board in the garden, which after 4 days is still neither on their website or on Rightmove.

GoogleNever have I spoken to a more unhelpful and obnoxious man. Oliver needs to go back to customer relations school. Heaven only knows how he manages to sell anything. Very poor service.

FacebookI recently bought my first house and although it wasn’t through Thomas Morris St.Ives, I enquired about several and always found the customer service level brilliant. In the future, if it comes to moving, I would definitely invite Thomas Morris out to value the property with the view to selling it.Highly recommend!!
