GoogleWe were using a different supplier for our Real Estate social media advertising where they were only using 50% of the budget on actual ad spend and the process was quite time consuming.
Since moving to Spoke we are finding the time it takes to get ads published is far quicker and our admin team can easily complete this (don't need to be a social media expert). More of our ad spend actually gets put on ads compared to our previous supplier and the biggest thing we have notices is that we are getting better qualified leads.
We have just sold a property where the lead came directly through Spoke!
Additional benefits are the ability to run lead generation ads and agent profiling ads all in this super simple to use system and our CRM directly feeds our listings to Spoke.
