GoogleCourtney and Caroline have both looked after me during the sale and purchase of my properties, during Covid-19 and during a very turbulent time in my life. However this did not stop them from providing me with excellent customer service. They both acted with professionalism and care throughout the sale and purchase, keeping me up to date with progress. They made me feel as though nothing was too much trouble and Courtney even resolved a last minute hiccup with my new property after I had exchanged. I could not recommend these ladies enough. GoogleAn organisation run by very incompetent management - they’re running more than two years behind on registering land/property so if you’re coming up for a remortgage, it means you can’t remortgage, then they don’t do an urgent expedite when you request it, they don’t respond to any communications as they’re too busy, they don’t respond to complaints because they’re too busy - so it begs the question, what are they actually doing. Again, it’s another lazy government department

All 3 girls in the Saltcoats office made what can be a very difficult and stressful situation, especially in present times, a much easier process. Always available and always responded to any queries timeously with helpful advice and guidance. Updates from every viewing almost as soon as they had taken place. Highly Recommended.
