GoogleReally delighted with the service from Sowerbys. Helpful advice when first considering a sale with good local intelligence on the market. We had three offers within a week of the property going on the market, and the after sale service was excellent too with regular updates on progress. Sale completed just over two months after first going on the market. Particular thanks to Ellie and Rebecca!

GoogleRight from the initial contact with Sowerby's, walking into the Hunstanton office, to picking up my keys on completion 6 weeks later, the staff have been exemplary. Several viewings were arranged of various properties with Alison, and quickly found the right one. I viewed with 3 different agents from Sowerby's and all 3 were professional and knowledgeable. The whole process was made smooth and painless. Would definitely recommend the team.

GoogleI have no hesitation in recommending Sowerbys estate agents. I have the services both professional and friendly. Alison and Ellie are the two ladies that i have had the most contact with and they have both been great. The sales booklet that i have was given is to a high standard and hopefully the sale will progress smoothly and i will be happy in my new home.

GoogleWe put our house on the market to sell with the Sowerby’s Hunstanton office in early November, and 5 weeks later we completed! Unbelievable, we are so grateful to the whole team in the Hunstanton office for their swift efficiency, from the super-fast listing process, the proactive effort in generating interest and show-rounds, to the constant communication and support between us, the buyers and the solicitors to complete before Christmas. Thank you very much!

GoogleHaving found ourselves needing to move we contacted Sowerbys along with a few other estate agents. As moving isn’t something we do often we were very nervous but very quickly put at ease by Leanne. She very kindly arranged a last minute viewing to suit our work patterns. On deciding to proceed with the house she was always on hand for the many questions we had for her. I believe we have been listened to throughout the process and any issues have been rectified in a very timely manner. I couldn’t speak highly enough of Leanne and the rest of the team who we had interaction with. Thanks again Leanne for helping us into our wonderful new home.

GoogleI have had a refreshingly great experience dealing with Sowerby's in Hunstanton. Having sold another house recently and rented houses out for several years, my confidence in estate agents was at an all time low. However I couldn't praise Rebecca enough. She was genuine in her approach and you just felt like she was in your corner every step of the way. Thank you all of you and keep up the good work!
