I have purchased a house and sold a house with Russell Marshall over the years and cannot recommend him highly enough! Moving home is a stressful process but Russell removes all of the stress. Over the years I have bought and sold many properties and often feel that I need to be doing the role of the agent and constantly chasing them, but not with Russell Marshall, his knowledge of the market, understanding of the process and own personal responsibility and commitment set him apart from any other agent that I have ever worked with. Thank you Russell Marshall for making a house move so easy.

Russell has been amazing throughout the process of my house sale: from getting viewings, to securing a sale and with supporting me through to completion. He kept me updated on progress through the selling journey and Russell has in-depth local knowledge which is a winner from my point of view. He was the only estate agent who showed real interest in the house and answered all my questions genuinely. Personal touch rather than corporate approach. Russell worked closely with me and other people in the chain to ensure a positive outcome for all concerned. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Russell Marsh and I would thoroughly recommend his company for your house sale.

Mark did the viewing of a the property we ultimately bought and was great from day one, very helpful and kept in touch regularly. Towards the end of the process Russell was extremely supportive dealing with the solicitors and administration for our purchase. We would thoroughly recommend them. Richard and Claire

Over the years - and on two separate occasions - we have been on the selling and buying end of house purchases with Russell Marshall. It has always seemed that nothing is too much trouble. The service is proactive not reactive, helpful, friendly and efficient. Professional in every sense.

We have worked with Russell both as buyers and sellers and on each occasion Russell has delivered an attentive, dedicated and first class service. We were impressed by his geographical reach, matching and surpassing much larger agencies and the energy he puts into closing the deal. Highly recommended.

Contacted repeatedly (at least 5 times) about having encroaching trees from a neighbouring property rented out from Russell Marshall cut back: continuously fobbed off and ignored.
