I recently purchased a property in Church Street, Hungerford, and the entire process was handled professionally from start to finish. All queries, requests for updates were dealt with swiftly and in a friendly manner, no request was too much for either Mark and Russel. I felt well supported during what can often be a stressful process and in particular a very difficult time personally for me. The property itself has exceeded my expectation. It is a characterful home, located in a fantastic position within the heart of Hungerford. I am delighted with my new home although it needed a complete renovation, having been empty for such a long time. Thank you to Mark and Russel for helping make the purchase a positive experience.

Russell is frankly superb. At a very tricky time Russell's kindness and compassion and unending energy was of great comfort to my family during the sale process of our late mothers house. There were some last minute difficulties but as Russell is wonderfully well connected, he used his own contacts to solve the issues rather than pass the problems on to us - he went out of his way and that quality is rare these days. Mark at Russell Marshall was exceedingly helpful in progressing the purchase of our new house in Hungerford. Devon to Berkshire We decided to move to Berkshire from Devon to be nearer our daughter. Hungerford was chosen as the town to move to. Russell Marshall Estate Agents had a property that took our eye. Russell showed us the property, we put in an offer and it was accepted. Returning to Devon, lockdown happened, moving was now on hold, Russell kept in touch with weekly updates about the purchase. Lockdown over purchase went through, Hungerford here we come. Nearly 3 years passed and we had to return to Devon for health reasons. Russell was contacted to handle the sale which he did, 5 months later we moved back to Devon. Thanks to Russell and Mark for making this possible. If in doubt give Russell a shout.
