Booked to view a property at an open house at 12ish. Drove an hour to get there and called to say we were going to be 5 minutes late, to be met with a rude member of staff telling me the house was sold and that she had already called and spoke to me and cancelled the viewing. She hadn't . I had no phone calls all morning let alone answer and speak to someone. I asked what would have happened if I hadn't by chance called the office, would we have just been sat outside of the property and she didn't have any answer. When I asked to speak to a manager all she kept saying was I will call you back in a minute. So unprofessional, argumentative and a waste of my time and petrol.

Two stars is being generous. Our agent pushed us to up our offer even though we knew it wasn’t worth the asking price and as soon as the offer was accepted we didn’t hear from them again until collecting the keys. All our emails were ignored. They misinformed us about numerous things - length of lease, parking spaces, they said the boiler was serviced (it wasn’t) and strung us along for weeks. Due to this misinformation, our sale was dragged out for longer than it should’ve been. What should’ve been a fairly straightforward sale became an expensive and complicated one. Will NOT be going to them again.

I criticize estate agents often as they often get things wrong and make things difficult however Abbots have found my last 3 tenants now over the past 4 years and each time they have been very easy to deal with and have made the letting process for me very simple. The tenants they have found have also been ideal.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! Cannot give 0 stars unfortunately The most incompetent agents I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Appalling photos of my property, Also marketed my 1bedroom house as a 2bedroom, I had to sack them! Went to Diggins afterwards which were a world apart(for the better), go there instead!

Disappointed with the Branch Manager. Branch staff seem to be much better than the manager. Using an estate agent should take the hassle away from moving home, this isn't my experience. Would not recommend or use again.

Tracy Jennings assisted me when I telephoned with a query raised by my tenant. Rather than going through Nottingham Office I thought it might be easier to contact my local agent. I had received a renewal request but my tenant had advised that she had not.
