Awful service* Agents are useless, had to call them everyday at the end of my tenancy for updates on the deposit. Never knew who i was or what was going on, Jason was useless. I have rented numerous times through Abbots in Rayleigh. Each time the process has been extremely simple and straight forward. Any issues we had once in the properties have always been dealt with in a timely manner. Jason and Sarah have always been a pleasure to deal with. Sarah in particular has been a star over the years! Would defnitely recommend Abbots to anyone looking for a straight forward rental.

I cannot recommend the lettings service at Abbott’s Rayleigh enough, especially after dealing with Jason. His service was second to none, and I really felt he had my best interests at heart. I saw Yvette Green - Mortgage Consultant at Abbots, she was absolutely fantastic at assisting me in the mortgage process and helping me understand things that not every Consultant would especially considering I have had a mortgage before she still drew my attention to every detail that perhaps I had not thought of, adding absolutely no pressure, full honesty and assistance. I havent progressed with a house as yet but I will definitely consider paying the reasonable fee and using her when I do. Thank you for your support

Absolutely awful experience with the rental team. If you do not take another property with them You are treated with the worse attitude ever. Peter chapman in particular has no customer service how he is a manager is beyond me. 3 weeks no reply to emails or phone calls. I myself also rent out a property and would be extremely upset if the agents I use treated my tenants the way we have been in the last month.

I recently bought a property at Abbott’s and rented through the same branch, I was told when placing the offer I would be helped with the fees, and when it came to the nittygritty task of try to get hold of the manger to discussed my calls was disregarded. I had to pay unfair fees when I was told that the landlord on had the market service that would cost £400 for the early end of tenancy, instead charged £1100! I need this investigated....

Hi, Sarah at Abbott’s has been great for my company Pearl Properties Ltd. We have a constantly relied on Sarah to advise us about our property portfolio. Very easy to deal with, smooth procedure. Would recommend. In particular, Tracy has been great, quick to reply to my emails and a pleasure to deal with. I have moved quite a few times and used various different agents and they are definately one of the friendliest however I have to say their fees are higher than average but I suppose thats the price of a good service.
