GoogleVery easy and smooth process. I'm a first time buyer who did not know anything about the process. Whitakers made it so easy for me. Jemma, in particular, was very helpful and supportive with chasing things up for us. She really helped us to get the whole process done within 6 weeks. Marvellous. I couldn't be happier.

GoogleI like the friendly and straightforward way that Whittakers operate. No nonsense and honest. Work with you to get the right valuation and constantly monitor progress with your sale. Very fair fees as well. The staff are friendly and efficient, I used the Anlaby Road office and they were brilliant. Would definitely use again and recommend.

GoogleBad experience from start no communication we have to chase everything up and get told the same excuse anyone hoping to move homes dont be reliant and hopeful of renting with these as you'll be a sitting duck for months and they won't even let you know when you haven't been successful would not recommend being reliant on then for finding a home to rentNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWhitaker's staff are very professional and were excellent in everything they did for us. It was a difficult sale because of shared ownership with a housing association. Having being used to dealing with them they were able to guide us with their knowledge and advise us accordingly.

We didn't have the easiest of sale/buying process. Initially having our property valued in November 2021, we sold our house in the first week of going to market, however through no fault of Whitakers, our onward purchase fell through followed by our buyer pulling out. We eventually got sorted and moved on 28th October 2022.
