I am in the process of buying a buy to let investment property with Beercocks. Everything is progressing in a professional and competent way. I was shown around by Kim who was very friendly and professional. I am being kept up to date by Jessica who today has issued my Memorandum of Sale. From viewing to issue of Memorandum of Sale has only taken 4 days and 2 of those days were the weekend. Jessica presented my offer to the vendor and obtained a quick response and once my offer had been accepted by the vendor she cancelled 9 viewings. I look forward to completion on the property. Everything is less stressful when the EA does a good job.

I wanted to write a thorough review of our experience selling our home with Beercock’s. We sat down with three estate agents to discuss the sale of our property. Steve from Beercock’s was the last estate agent I met but I knew within ten minutes we would list our property with him. He took his time to ask us lots of questions, he took his time looking around home and then he walked us through the process and how he would market our home. It was so different to the others. I knew he would be working for us and not for the buyer. He seemed knowledgeable and passionate about his job but mainly I really trusted him. It was more than just a job to him. I actually felt more comfortable that it was a % price of the property value as I knew they’d work hard to get us the best offer. Elaine was assigned to our property and she took the time to come and see it in her own time. She was warm, friendly and razor sharp smart. I knew we were in good hands. Steve took his time on the photos of our home and gave us advice on how to present it in its best light. I felt confident that the team were working hard on our behalf. Safe to say we’ve sold our property for a great price but more then that, the experience had been a really positive one. Elaine and Steve kept in touch at all times, even on a Sunday! It felt stress free Working with a team of people who really care about you, not just ‘selling’ your home. I will not use any other agent to sell my home. I’ve already recommended them to our friends and family. I can’t rate them highly enough.

The staff at Beercock's Newland Avenue…Consummate Professionals

The staff at Beercock's Newland Avenue were the ultimate professionals and looked after us right from the start of the process of selling our house. They explained everything at each stage and never left us wondering or in the dark at any time, they were constantly in touch with us. They managed all the viewings at the property and there were quite a few! I was not worried that they held keys to the property and they respected the house and our requests all the time.
