Beercocks were fantastic when we had to sell my father's house to pay for his care. It was a difficult time for the family because my father passed away while we were in the process of selling the house. Throughout the sale Beercocks were understanding, compassionate and very professional. They found a buyer who wasn't in a chain and were happy to wait for the probate to go through, this took the pressure off what was a very stressful time.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beercocks, Fran and the team at the Kingswood branch were great!

The best estate agents !

I wouldn’t use anywhere else other than Beercocks , totally different experience than other estate agents . It feels like a personal service rather than just a sale and a number. My family has used Beercocks for years and there’s a reason everyone raves about them!

On the ball, lovely people and exactly who you need

After deciding to buy a house in the HU7 area for a family member we contacted beercocks to arrange some viewings. I was difficult for certain times as me and my husband worked different hours. We explained our situation and amazingly managed to get all 4 viewings we wanted to see before the weekend booked in the same day! Jess was amazing at understanding what we wanted and making it easy for us. Even managing to let us go view them again for the second time before we decided on a property, it was no issue for them, no long waits to go back! Jess was always on the other end of and email and let's just say my emails always came with questions! By far the smoothest application we've had with regards to viewings and communication and getting an offer accepted. Thank you, all of you at Kingswood

Incredible

We were apprehensive to go with Beercocks because they were more expensive than the others but we are so glad we did! What a service from start to finish, Dawn, Alice and Danielle went above and beyond throughout. Our first buyer pulled out but they had someone in that same afternoon and it was sold by the very next morning! Incredible, they kept us calm and informed all the way! Thank you all so much because we have the house of our dreams.

Seamless and personalised real estate agent experience.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Beercocks Newland Avenue Office and found them to be exceptional estate agents who truly embody professionalism. Their commitment to providing excellent customer care was evident throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was their personalised approach, from the initial consultation to the sale and exchange of my property, these guys demonstrated a deep understanding of our requirements and worked diligently to ensure every detail was taken care of. A massive thank you to Jack and Grace at the Newland Avenue office their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly sets them apart. I would highly recommend Beercocks to anyone looking for a seamless and personalised real estate agent experience.

Right from the beginning we had friendly yet professional communication. This continued throughout the whole process. The photos and promotional material showed the house to its full potential and we were kept up to date with viewings and feedback regularly. Would definitely recommend this company.

PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL.

Excellent service from the Cottingham Branch of Beercocks in my search for a property, Hazel was always very helpful and efficient whenever I called the office. I am relocating back to the area and the whole experience was made a lot easier by being registered with them as it meant I was sent the details for properties before they are added to the wider market. I am now looking forward to moving into my new home this Summer. Dioch!

Beercocks... best in Kingswood!

I decided to use Beercocks in Kingswood as the house I was selling and buying were both in Kingswood. Beercocks have so much knowledge of the area and I trusted them completely. It was also fabulous that I could pop into the office and speak to the lovely girls, all of them were so helpful. Fran, Danielle and Alice were my main 'go to', they were all amazingly helpful and just a joy to speak to. Thank you so much x

Very good experience so far with Beercocks (now at Sold STC- everything crossed this progresses to Sold!). Dealings with all of the staff at various stages until now have been exemplary. Everything explained, regular updates and the knowledge someone is always at the end of a (quickly answered) phone if something crops up.Special mention to Belinda who has been a star (and not forgetting Jack R!), many thanks.

Great service and highly recommend

Beercocks made the process of selling my late Father's property painless. Katie at the Cottingham branch was particularly helpful and generated a steady stream of potential buyers. The property was valued accurately and was well promoted, and I would highly recommend Beercocks.

Would recommend Beercocks

Beercocks have been very professional from the outset from organising a viewing to now proceeding with the purchase of our new property! They have been the only estate agents to make sure we were still attending our viewing which was reassuring seeing as we live 250 miles away.Katie was absolutely spot on throughout the process, upon viewing pretty much just left us to it with no pressure which is always personally our preferred way to view. She even babysat our 6 month old for a short while whilst we viewed outside in the torrential rain which was a lovely gesture. Also from making an offer to where we are now (SSTC) everything has been a smooth ride and handled well. Many thanks

The Difference the Right Estate Agent Makes

After being on the market with another estate agent for almost a year with very little interest and no success, I decided to move to Beercocks. It was the best decision I could have made.
