GoogleI have to say I didn’t have to worry about anything.Beercocks did everything for me..Very professional and very organised.I would highly recommend them.I was having cancer treatment at the time of the house sale and they handled everything.I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

GoogleAlthough they have a good range of properties available on their website, and pick up. The phone in a decent amount of time, their estate agents are a bit rude and quite uninterested when giving tours. Felt like they were more committed to leaving than selling a house.

GoogleIm disgusted with your customer service. I was on the phone With you yesterday and the way one of your colleagues spoke to me was appalling! I asked him to repeat a question and he sighed at me. I am very upset with this. I will definitely not be recommending your service to anyone!!!

GoogleStarted of great. Couldn't fault them. Sold our house within a week. Fantastic. Then couple weeks down the line it changed. Someone in the office changed our phone numbers so they was leaving messages on other people's voice mail. Then as it was getting nearer to completion they told me I was having problems with our morgage when I rang our morgage provider they said total opposite and told us that they wouldn't even discuss it with Beercock and we would have been informed. If it'd been the case. So they tell you a few porkies but it's mainly solicitors who let you know what's going on.
