GoogleI marketed the house with a different Hull agent previously - three months and no bite and no confidence. Beercocks was utterly different - sold the flat for close to the asking price within the week, and while it then took a long time to bring the sale home, because of the purchaser's circumstances, they stayed in control, communicated well, and brought the sale home. Very happy to recommend.

GoogleNever answer the phones always fob u off say what you want to hear but never do what they say still waiting to have a broken window replaced only been waiting 9 months no handles on some of the windows so if we had a fire no chance of opening a window to get out can't open windows when it's hot awful company to deal with

GoogleCan't give you the options you tell them you want when buying a house update 25/04 - I have been advised that my review is harsh however I will be updating my review further pending the outcome of contacting them via email. If this can be resolved I may reconsider my review.

GoogleBeercocks on Newland Ave have been absolutely brilliant dealing with my mum's house sale. Jack who did the viewing side of things has been very patient with me and explained the process along the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future who are wanting an estate agent.
