As an experienced landlord, I would not use any other estate agent in Hull to sell any of my properties, and the current one on Queensgate Street has been sold with tenants in situ. Very friendly helpful staff that achieved multiple viewings on each property, with each viewing being accompanied by the agents. As each viewing was arranged with the buyer, tenant and agent, there was an extra degree of complexity in co-ordinating all diaries. Multiple offers were received thus achieving a good sale price for the seller, and ultimately, the sale went through. Definitely a job well done to all involved.

After having a pretty negative experience with another estate agent for the sale of our property, we made the decision to try again with Beercocks and wow, what a fantastic experience! From Elliot coming to initially do our valuation and take our photos, to Jack helping with all viewings and the initial sale, every part of our experience so far has been 11 out of 10. Everyone is so friendly, approachable and constantly keeps you updated on email/phone, even when there’s not much to report. We were on the market for nearly 10 weeks with the first estate agent with not much traction, however after less than 2 weeks with Beercocks we had several viewings, 2 offers and finally a sale! Would 1000% recommend them to anyone and Jack has been AMAZING! Thank you so much😁
