GoogleEastate agents were very helpful and dedicated to thee services they render. Grace in particular is the best. Her quality of Costomer care is excellent. Most of other Estate agents will also put in extra time and effort to make sure Costumers are satisfied. They take their time to find out what type of property you need and makes attempts to help you achieve it. The vendors are difficult in the ways they make their decisions. Even if you prize the house above the asking prices they still want you to keep adding more money. I will prefer to know the real price of the house and negotiate the price rather than putting the price low and expect to get more money above the asking price.

GoogleStarted the process with Rob who was extremely helpful/knowledgable about the best way to put our property on the market and made us feel very at ease. We then were passed on to Grace who has been a pleasure to deal with, excellent communication from her and just a general positive attitude every time we have spoken. So far no complaints and my property is now SSTC!
