GoogleAvoid this house letting agent! They don't return deposits and allow the landlord to intrude without notice. Terrible experience - find a better agent!

GoogleThe worst agents ever avoid at all cost!!!not much more to say absolutely shocking!!
Agent replied
It is hard to accept a review from someone who chased down one of our colleagues whilst he was driving in his car and was then physically threatened. This tenant became abusive and threatening when a request was made to deduct a portion of the deposit for cleaning. Very immature individual and I feel it is almost unjustified to provide a response.

GoogleVery poor company, any problems took a along time to get sorted, sometimes not getting fixed at all, when bringing this up with certain people ended up just arguing and being rude. slow to get refunds of rent that was owed, wouldn't recommend at all

GoogleThese guys work with, and facilitate one of the worst landlords I have ever had the displeasure of coming across, and do absolutely nothing about it. As of today they continue to work with this criminal. Definitely a company to avoid.
