In a property managed by Hunters, Huddersfield. I am being forced to move out due to lack of concern, care or consideration from them. They do not care about the tenants as long as they 're receiving the rent for the landlord. They allowed me to move into a property that needed a load of unforseen repair works (failed to tell me there was an escape of water from the flat above and one year on it still hasn't been fixed, hence why I am moving out.) They have also put the property back on to the market without doing the repairs. I refuse to let another innocent tenant be put through the distress and inconvenience they have caused me since day one. They also refused to give me a reference until I had already handed my notice in, essentially making me homeless in 30 days of the application had fallen through. Worst customer service, they do not do any maintenance or repairs and you have to constantly chase them otherwise they forget about you for several months at a time.

Abbismal service, was told at a viewing that if we paid the application fee applications would be closed and we would be going through the paperwork to move in. We immediately put the fee down following the viewing and waited a day for the forms to be sent. When we followed this up the next day we were told that other applicants were allowed to apply and had that morning and subsequently the landlord had decided to go with other tenants. This is entirely against what we were categorically told on the day. I am currently awaiting follow up information from hunters but I am appalled at the lies and misinformation this company has given out.

I have been dealing with hunters for over 2 years now. they have helped me in both property sales and renting out a property. The service has been brilliant all the way through and I have been very pleased with the level of service received. The staff are all lovely and everything is done promptly. If there have been any issues they have been resolved quickly and I will continue to work with Hunters in Huddersfield over any other agent.
