Unprofessional attitude from Michelle, She kept refusing my offer by calling me three times on different basis because when I clear her one excuse she called back again & came back with another she never read the application, I felt like she’s only helping me, she never said she will approach the landlord to confirm rather than she kept on assuming things On Landlord’s behalf, she’s working or getting paid for her work which she’s doing for tenants or landlords and it’s indirectly paid by tenants or landlords

We have used Bramleys for several years now. Both for buying and renting out our properties. They're efficient and quick to respond to any situation. Our latest renter moved in and found a leak under the sink. Bramleys were on it straight away. They have tradesman on call should the need arise. Their communication is always quick. Date 05/10/17 Time 4.45 pm. Just had a chap called Paul to view our property and give us some idea of potential value, depending on various works involved. Initially he made all the right suggestions and was quite positive on the values without actually giving any specific amounts. With over 30 years experience he seemed to loose control of the situation when asked why he couldn't put any actual figures to our options. His reason being that no figures could be given because he couldn't envisage the end finishes of our various ideas. My partner, Sally, pointed out that he was the the only one of three estate agents to have difficulty in putting some figures forward. He obviously took exception to this and with one or two further questions he failed to cope with suddenly packed up his things accusing Sally of disagreeing with everything he said and walked out. even when I asked him to continue talking to me alone he ignored me and carried on out of the door. My impressions? Totally unprofessional and very, very rude, based on his obvious inability, after thirty years of experience, to cope with simple house valuation.
