What a great service provided by Karen at Bramleys. We were buying a property and the seller's circumstances were rather complex. Karen was efficient and professional from beginning to end - responding to our phone calls and emails quickly and really keeping us informed. We were buyers on this occasion but if I was selling my property I would be confident that she would do a great job. When I came to Huddersfield as an international student, my housing fell through the day before I arrived. I walked into the Bramley’s office with basically no hope, but the office staff went above and beyond to find me an apartment in only a couple of hours. My flat at Dundas Works was perfect for me, in a great location, and within my budget. And the kitchen was the most beautiful one I’ve had to date. The Bramley’s office very patiently taught me how to pay my rent, where to buy my home goods, and everything else a naive American needed to know about the UK. When I had to return to the States on extremely short notice due to the pandemic, I was shocked at how easily Bramley’s helped me transition out. I felt very taken care of, and management was always supremely responsive to any questions or concerns. I world have zero reservations against renting with Bramley’s again. From the moment I contacted Bramleys the sale process was very easy. They came to view the property quickly and didn't put pressure on me to sign up to use them, just contact them when I was ready. When I went to the office to get the sale moving the staff there were very good and got things moving quickly. The sales team even did all the visits to the property for the viewings. Throughout the time the sale took to go through there were constant updates and once the sale was complete the proceeds of the sale were transferred to my solicitor without delay. I would defiantly use them again.

Bramleys were great, Bethany was spot on when dealing with my sale, the only downside i thought was that they recommended to use Ramsdens Solicitors which i then did but they were absolutely awful. Very poor service. Sammi managed the sale of a property I was purchasing, it was a complex sale which Sammi handled with ease. Sammi went over and above what you would expect from any estate agents and ensured that, despite the complexity everything went as smoothly as possible. Her communication was truly second to none, she always made herself available, relayed messages between myself and the seller instantly and liaised with both conveyancers to ensure the sale was pushed through. I don’t know what I would have done without Sammi keeping me sane and I know that she went over and above in every area of the sale, I simply cannot recommend Bramleys and Sammi enough. I would highly recommend Bramleys in case if you are looking to rent a new property in Huddersfield, UK per say. I am really impressed with Bramleys team's sheer professionalism and in-depth knowledge about the property market. I would like to mention about Soneka Gill here who helped us immensely to find a property to rent in HD area. In a nut shell we would describe Soneka as Godsend for my family. We moved to UK from abroad and had an immense amount of apprehension that how would I going to manage to get a place to live with my family. The whole system of renting a house in UK was completely new to us. But the moment we met with Soneka (online) and explained our situation, she understood what all we are going through at the moment. She explained whole process of renting a property in the UK. Our main contact Karen Tinker whom I'm yet to meet was so attentive and even when she was delivering 'bad news' about delays she left me feeling reassured and as if she had just told me 'the best news ever' That is some skill Karen! Dealt primality with Joeanne, who has been fantastic. This is my 1st time looking to purchase and Joeanne was very professional and friendly from the start. From discussing the house, booking in a viewing, to accepting my offer. Both phone and email communication was swift, and I was kept updated in a very timely manner. I ended up going to best and final offers as there were a few interested parties and was able to secure the property. Unfortunately I had to pull out of the sale due to the recent mortgage rate changes, however Joeanne was incredibly understanding.
