I have been so impressed with the helpful, friendly service provided by the team at the Huddersfield branch of Bramleys. In particular Paulina who answered all my questions, regardless of how silly they may have been. Responded to my countless emails quickly and always in a friendly manner. She helped me every step of the way, making numerous enquiries on my behalf, arranging things on my behalf, all to make my life easier. She kept me sane throughout the entire process. Karen was incredible throughout the entire process. We had many issues with our conveyancer (poor communication), but thankfully Karen at Bramleys was always on top of everything and keeping myself and the seller updated. If I ever wanted to sell, or purchase a house in the future, Karen at Bramleys would be the person I'd be in touch with first. If it wasn't for the work that Karen did, we probably wouldn't of managed to complete the purchase of the property. Thank you, for all of your effort - I really did appreciate it!

We used Bramleys Estate Agent in Huddersfield to purchase our current property. We only wish we had also use them to also sell! The service, from being a prospective buyer through to completion of our bungalows purchase was much less stressful, due in no small part to Sadie contacting us with weekly progress updates. This saved us tons of time too as Sadie liaised with the solicitors.The welcome pack that we were given, when we collected the Keys was an unexpected and lovely surprise that lifted the spirits on what had been a tiring moving in day. I recently needed to sell my brothers house and this agent were suggested by the Solicitor, I was a bit hesitant at first as I usually prefer to look into services I use myself to check reviews of them etc but had a lot going on at the time. But the Solicitor was right to suggest them as they provided a very good service, keeping everyone up to date on what was going on even though the slow probate kept things held up for quite a long time! Bramleys has been the best. Every single detail and issue that I needed help with, was addressed ASAP and I didn't need to request them the second time. The timely inspections and checks were adjusted according to my availability and comfort and the entire team has been very polite and approachable, especially Michelle who was my 1st person of contact for any details or help. Excellent and professional service received n both letting and sales department. They have been our letting agent for many years. When we needed to sell our property during the lockdown, due to the restriction that we were unable to travel from the South to Yorkshire. The letting department needed us to clear/clean the house and sort out other issues . Due to travel restrictions they organised and sorted out all the issues. I chose Bramleys to sell my house because their valuer Gemma was far and away the most professional of all the agents who visited to give a valuation, and her communication was excellent.
