GoogleCales are a professional letting agency who have mastered professionalism with friendliness. Any maintenance issues are handled speedily and they have even lent us spare keys on more than one occasion, having locked ourselves out. Highly recommend Brad and Julianna.

YellAn excellent company with a high level of professionalism
We've just moved out of a rental property, managed by Cales, and have to say we were impressed with the service we received from start to finish. Dealing mainly with Julianna and Toby, we found them both to be helpful, courteous and highly professional. Moving property is always stressful, but moving out of this rental was made so much smoother by the professionalism of Cales. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cales to anyone wanting to rent locally.

The team really understood what we wanted and needed for our family and showed us a good variation of properties before we found our new home. They initially successfully rented our 1-bedroom refurbished basement flat, followed by a joint property in Upper Beeding, and our family home in Brighton on our emigration to New Zealand. They have acted on our behalf on numerous occasions & have always responded in a timely & professional manner. They have also gone the extra mile to ensure we have reliable & responsible tenants.

GoogleMy flat has been let with Cales since May 2014. The Lettings Manager, Julianna Garwood, has conducted the negotiations with all my tenants and any maintenance issues, inspections and the necessary cetification has been carried out efficiently by Julianna and her collegue Brad Peck. The prospective tenants were shown around by Matt Harper and I received good feed-backs regarding the suitability of the property. Cales have always been very proactive in finding new tenants, which is highlighted by the fact that the flat has only been empty for a maximum of 12 days between tenants.

GoogleCales & Co sold our house in Portslade. Can't thank them enough they really are a fabulous team and work so well together. Everyone is very polite and professional, from the agents to the lovely receptionist it was a pleasure to deal with them. We were always kept informed, they were always on time and easy to speak to and true to their word. We highly recommend them, if you want honesty this is the agents for you. GoogleWe can only describe the service from Cales as absolutely superb. Our house was put on the market and sold within a week thanks to the efforts of Steve and his highly efficient team. They were so helpful with keeping us updated through the whole process and with recommendations for solicitors and furniture removals. We cannot praise the service highly enough and would thoroughly recommend this agency.

GoogleBe very cautious with this agency. We paid £650 administration fee and agreed to move into a house. On our moving in day we discovered that the house was infested with mice and the kitchen was filthy. We refused to move in and they refused to reimburse this fee. We found them very unhelpful and rude!

GoogleAfter renting a property with this agency for 18 months, I have found them to be a professional, reliable,accommodating firm, with very friendly and helpful staff. The only reason I am leaving is due to relocation to the north East, and unfortunately they don't have a branch up there

YellVery expensive fees for landlords
Very expensive fees for a landlord compared with all other agents. Poor service and no letting manager available weekends when needed for new tenants. Landlords need an agent to have letting managers on duty at weekends as this is when most tenants are looking.
