I am currently a landlord with them. a tenant left a month ago and they haven't even bothered telling me! They are very much run like a government organisation. so I'm assuming they're born from some kind of NGO. Useless

I agree with other reviews. Rubbish company run by a bunch of rubbish. Don't expect them to reply to your requests or emails. They also stole tenant's deposit and didn't carry out any repairs. Why does it still exist?

TrustpilotTHIS AGENCY REFUSES TO PAY MY DEPOSIT FEE BACK
Even after 2 months leaving the property, Urbanbubble HAVE NOT paid my £1,200.00 deposit fee back. The inventory has already been checked and several emails have been sent. They simply ignore all of them and do not answer phone calls. Please give my money back as agreed in the tenancy contract.

I have emailed Urban Bubble 3 times since December 9th as they sent a legal letter threatening action for a small balance due on my leaseholder account. Despite having amended my Standing Order accordingly on November 29th, I have not received any response. Very poor communication.

Never reponds to clients. Never answers calls during office hours. Never updates landlords if rent is paid in case of arrears. I pay management fee every month for NOTHING! I would give ZERO star to this company if I could.
