GoogleAwful lettings agent with terrible fire safety standards - homes left without smoke alarms and with fuse boxes full of paperclips!!! And if your house catches fire and you ask for compensation - expect a revenge eviction in response!

GoogleWe let our flat through Spark & Sons for 10 years and recently sold it through them. At every step of the way, Peter Spark helped us through the process, kept us informed and gave us great advice. We felt very much part of a professional team. Highly recommended.

GoogleOur experience with Sparks and Sons has been very good - we had Oliver as our primary agent and he was friendly and helpful from the first viewing to getting the keys, and still in touch via email. Everyone at the office was polite and relaxed. 10/10 would recommend

GoogleWhen the tenant decided to move out of our flat in Furze Croft. Sparks and son sent us a load of photos of the interior. Organised someone to come in and spruce the place up and spread some of that Sparks magic and found someone to move in in two days! Obviously the Peter Sparks magic is till there!

GoogleNon-existent fire safety, someone I know who is a tenant of sparks & sons nearly died in a fire while they slept. No working fire alarms and when this was raised, my friend was issued an eviction notice.

GoogleI have had a really positive experience with this letting agents. Incredibly kind and informative. I needed to move following a sudden bereavement and Oliver really took the time to answer my questions and made the moving process very simple. Only took 7 days from the initial viewing to moving in. Thank you!

GoogleWe have dealt with many housing agents in the past and found them to be impersonal and unhelpful. Oliver at spark and sons is quite the opposite always happy to resolve any issues whilst being upfront and honest. They were very helpful with our contract end date when moving out to purchase of our first home. Thank you !

GoogleI suppose it serves me right for not reading these reviews before renting a property with Spark and Sons. Their service is LAUGHABLY INEPT and they still have the deposit I gave them 2 months after leaving the property, despite repeated phone calls. Whilst I consider legal action, I would urge other renters not to make the same mistake.

GoogleI book a appointment for a viewing, After waiting for over 40 min at the location I receive a call from the office by saying the it as been Cancelled. It is very unprofessional and rude, I wouldn’t give not 1 star, it is the worst estate agency in Brighton. Stay away from them.

GoogleScam artists. I paid all my rent in advance, was a model tenant. They're throwing charges on me from every angle possible. These people will rip you off. If you do choose to go with S&S make sure you read your contracts in detail, they're very sneaky in the literature.

GooglePETER SPARK IS THE EPITOME OF CHEATING LAZY ESTATE AGENTS. If I could leave less than 1 star I would - Spark and Sons is to be avoided like the plague, they rent substandard housing and are full of empty promises. Do not trust.

GoogleFriendly and Professional - I have just moved into my third property rented with Spark and Son's. The renting process is always stress free and easy. I usually always deal with Oliver. He is always helpful, diligent, quick at responding and accommodating. I would highly recommend.
