GooglePETER SPARK IS THE EPITOME OF CHEATING LAZY ESTATE AGENTS. If I could leave less than 1 star I would - Spark and Sons is to be avoided like the plague, they rent substandard housing and are full of empty promises. Do not trust.

GoogleFriendly and Professional - I have just moved into my third property rented with Spark and Son's. The renting process is always stress free and easy. I usually always deal with Oliver. He is always helpful, diligent, quick at responding and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

GoogleThe staff are rude and uninterested. It's basically impossible to get anything sorted as they never reply to emails or phone calls. I would not recommend using spark and sons because the company itself and level of service that it provides is an absolute joke.

GoogleExpensive, never get back to you and are completely unhelpful. Would not recommend Spark & Sons to anyone. They never even fixed the lock to our front door after constantly emailing them for several months (along with many other issues about the house)

GoogleI have had a fantastic experience with sparks and sons. Oliver (the person I have been communicating with) has been super helpful and patient. All communications have been quick and polite. 5 stars! Keep up the good work guys! :)

GoogleBeen renting with Sparks since 2011 and they have been brilliant. Oliver and Peter have always been honest, helpful trustworthy and have gone over and above to make sure we were happy. Great professional and personable service. Highly recommend! Natasha.

GoogleWorst agency that you can imagine. Don't get back to you, disrespectful, only money orientated, arrogant and rude. Already had a bad feeling when meeting Peter for the first time, it was even worse than I expected. Get out while you can.

GoogleI moved 6 weeks ago and still haven't received my deposit. I have emailed and called a number of times and never get anywhere... Cowboys!!! Avoid if you can.

GoogleStill waiting for my deposit to be returned 48 days after leaving the property. Very slow to resolve problems that crop up during tenancy. Very poor communication and do not reply to emails promptly. Avoid like the plague

GoogleTerrible service, tried to bill me repeatedly for things I never asked for or agreed to. Still haven't received my deposit back after months of trying and they've stopped replying to my emails concerning it. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

GoogleWe dealt only with Oliver over the time of our tenancy and he was helpful and informative. He replied quickly to our queries and made sure things were sorted out when they needed to be. All round good experience!
