TrustpilotExcellent service
After an initial hiccup with marketing, the staff I have dealt with at the Westbury on Trym branch have been excellent. Very appoachable and friendly but also professional and they have gone above and beyond duty to be as helpful as possible, including during the period between acceptance of offer and exhange.

Trying to rent a property is a bit of a pain, as most people know. Jemima & James at the Downend Branch have made my life so much easier. They let my flat within a couple of days, and kept me updated throughout the process. I won't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. As you will see from the thousands of positive reviews here on Trust Pilot your experience is contrary to the very high standards of customer care we expect to provide. We want to learn more on this matter but have not been able to find any record of a client of this name so far. If you could provide more details via customercare@oceanhome.co.uk a Director will look into it.Regards, Ocean

TrustpilotHighly recommended and reliable agent
I instructed this company on personal recommendation from a work colleague. Ocean worked tirelessly to ensure all parties progressed and were kept informed. I was so impressed that I bought the move manager a bottle of wine. Top marks and well done.

A fantastic team who, in my opinion, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth progress and deal with any potential issues before they became a big problem.Sadie in particular was amazing. My situation was an awkward one (probably not unique) but everything was handled exceptionally well.
