The personal face of estate agency - they took time to find out what we were looking for, were very helpful during viewings of houses and were genuinely interested in us and to find our son his new home. We are yet to find the right one but we know it will be through the Filton office of Ocean Estate Agents. There are other agents in the area, some good but they lack the personal touch and don't inspire confidence. Keep up the good work !

This was my first time using Ocean Financial Services and I honestly could not have asked for more. Neil Butler arranged my mortgage and managed to get me an incredible rate that matched my needs perfectly. We had a couple of issues due to an archaic rule at the lenders end, and Neil pursued matters against all odds and managed to get it turned around (how he did this I do not know). Once arranged, Tracey Green took over and oversaw everything from form queries to follow ups with solicitors. She checked in with me every few weeks to make sure everything was going smoothly with my purchase, and already has my mortgage renewal date in her diary so that they can look for new deals. They are a fantastic team and I cannot reccomend them highly enough.

GoogleBe aware this is the same office as ngb lettings but they changed the name. Make sure that your deposit will not return to you after you sign contract with them. Do not take properties from them.

She has always been available, responded immediately and is keen to sort out any issues with the flat and carry out diligent periodic inspections. She also maintains a good and friendly relationship with the tenants. I believe she will be instrumental in keeping the current tenants and looking after the fabric of our flat.
