Mishon Mackay were helpful, flexible and fast.Whenever we had issues, they were quick to pass on our concerns or assist with our queries. We always received advance notice of any changes or visits to the property. On check out, they were flexible to allow us time to vacate and clean the property.

I had not dealt with Mishon Mackay before and I found them to be both helpful and followed through on issues they had promised to address. Even Annual Leave of the Agent I was dealing with had little impact with office staff helpful and informed. For me at least, dealing with Mishon Mackay proved to be a positive experience

We are currently renting our second property with Mishon Mackay. We have found that maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and effectively. The staff are helpful and friendly. We received the full deposit back on our first rental with them (when other letting agents may have found excuses to make deductions!). Would recommend!

Recently agreed a let on a refurbished apartment. Feedback on pricing, competition and viewings very good. Natasha Carter then took over with the pre tenancy administration and has provided efficient and friendly service from start to finish, going the extra mile to sort out queries.
