Selling? You need Jack Taggart and his team. We were selling my mothers property. Probate would take time. Selling a property before probate is tricky but we were facing a predicted downturn in the market. From the beginning, realistic advice was given. The predictions have proved to be spot on. Team Taggart addressed the problems as they arose. Within a week of the decision to market, Jack Taggart found a suitable buyer. His team checked the ability to buy; no chain. Jack kept the buyer on board from last late summer until we obtained probate in January, exchange in February and completion in the early spring. Jack well done; this is proof of your ability Interestingly, in that period, an adjoining property marketed (at exactly the same time) has just come back on the market. Pleased we didn’t go with that Agent. If you are selling, get this team on your side. Professional. Knowledgeable. Realistic They do exactly what they say they will do and no surprises with the bill If I could, it would be six stars.

Having just completed my sale through this company I feel compelled to leave a glowing review. As an ex estate agent myself I was very ‘picky’ about who I selected to market my home and I have to say Jack and his team are beyond doubt the best agency I have had experience of in the Brighton and hove area. After meeting his lead negotiator on a viewing I was so impressed above all other agencies we’d viewed through (which was a lot!) I called him first and found his care, professionalism and charisma spot on. I experienced a long and difficult conveyancing process and Jack’s support was second to none. I would never consider any other agent in the future and certainly can’t complain that he sold my flat on the first viewing day at well over asking price! Jack came highly reccommended to us and having dealt with other estate agents for our property, he was very polite and enthusiastic about dealing with our sale. He put the house up on the market on the 18th May, did an open day viewing for us on the 23rd May. We had 4 offers by the 24th and we sold on the 25th May. Previously with two other estate agents, we had not even had one viewing. He worked exremely hard for us and we completed the sale on the 30th June, 5 weeks later. They took on the selling of our property after a large estate agency had disappointed me with their customer service so I moved over to Jack Taggart and co. Jack from the outset was honest, open and professional and guided me through the daunting process of being a first time seller. Jack had two offers on our property the first weekend of viewings under him as he only booked quality and serious viewers.
