GoogleCommunication throughout was exceptional, and George who primarily looked after me during this purchase was both a really nice guy, incredibly helpful and very fast to address my questions and needs. They have made the process really straightforward and hassle free so a big thank you to everyone who helped us!

FacebookGenerally an extremely poor service from day one, very unresponsive and unhelpful. Once again no call back today as requested to resolve an ongoing issue that nobody seems to be interested. I phoned the office, I was told Jack Taggart would call me back in 15 -20 minutes, an hour later I called back to be informed he's gone home for the day, hardly surprising. The last several times that I have asked to be called, nobody has contacted me. I have never dealt with such an unhelpful lettings company.

GoogleThe team at Jack Taggart, including Jack himself, went above and beyond to support us not only on our purchase of one of the properties they had with them, but also pushing to speed up our property's sale process being managed by another agency. They were constantly chasing people throughout the entire chain to make sure everyone was doing all that was possible to move forward as quickly as we could. All emails were replied to with no delays, even after the process had completed making us sure they were there to help with whatever we needed.

Google"We rented out our property through this agency, and the tenant paid four months rent in advance However, we have not received our rental payment for about three months now. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, the issue remains unresolved. I am sharing this so others are aware that communication and trust have been very difficult."

She was friendly and knowledgeable and although I did not go on to purchase this property, she introduced me to a neighbourhood that I would not have considered before. I would certainly recommend Sarah.

GoogleI very unexpectedly found myself looking for a new flat to rent earlier this year and for the most part it was quite a demoralising experience. From my first contact with the agency (after which I literally made a note in my RightMove app that the agency seemed amazing), to securing a home and now being here a couple of months, I have been blown away. Every individual I have dealt with has been great, but it is in particular Wes, who has really impressed me throughout the process. He is incredibly attentive (even phoning to check in whilst on paternity leave) and any issues I've had, he has swiftly dealt with. Moving is such a stressful process and the team at Jack Taggart and Co made it far less so for me. I have never known an estate agency to be so engaged and really seem to care about their tenants. If you're looking for an agency that will treat you as an individual and will work with you, it really is worth contacting Jack Taggart and Co.

We’ve just sold our house and bought our new home, and I have to say, based on my experience, Jack @Jack Taggart & Co. is one of, if not the best estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. Jack has been absolutely amazing from day one. Despite the many hurdles that come with buying and selling a home, Jack and his professional team made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We achieved exactly what we wanted, thanks to Jack. I honestly can’t recommend him highly enough

GoogleWorst estate agents there could ever be. Only 1 person on lettings. Emails not answered for months, leaking sealing and mould not sorted in nearly two years that I was there. Being told my windows are leaking because I live by the sea and nothing they can do about it. Left with an infestation of carpet beetles for 2 whole months. The owner has no customer service skills and will cut you off half way through a sentence and doesn’t give you the time of day. Seems very sales focused and once they rent the properties they no longer care about the people inside. I know estate agents have a bad reputation in general but this one is another level. I would stay well clear!

GoogleCurrently renting our property out to tenants but refusing to pay us the rent. Tenants moved in on 2nd and have paid the rent so it isn’t an issue with them. We have spent all week ringing Jack Taggart asking when we will be paid and keep getting told different things. Customer service is a joke and I would avoid them if you’re planning on renting out your property. Didn’t want to leave a negative review but currently our property is getting rented out by them and they are not paying us and keeping the tenants payment.

GoogleI had an awful experience with this agent to the point where I have complained to The Property Ombudsman. The owner was very unprofessional, arrogant and pushy while I was trying to purchase a property. Knotweed was found within 7m of the property and I was waiting for a treatment plan to be put in place before proceeding which made him very impatient. He even put the property back on the market without notifying me when I had already paid for the survey, solicitor etc.

GoogleWes was really interested and helpful in the process of renting the flat. I appreciate his effort and responsiveness to e-mails. The flat price was increased by £50 above the normally offered price because someone else who came to look at the flat offered £50 more. That was the only negative side for me. That's why I'm deducting 1 star. I didn't think it would turn into an auction. I haven't moved into the flat yet. Based on ongoing support, I may update here.

GoogleI had the best experience from Jack Taggart and Co. They were all very professional helping me to go through all the processes to get my current house. The response in all of my emails was super fast and the people working there are very friendly and nice. All the processes were done electronically and fast and they have services that do all the work for you in terms of contacting the council and utility companies. I was very satisfied by their services and the people. I would also like to say a massive thank you to Wes who supported me through all the process .

GoogleJack is the best Estate Agent that I have ever come across. We had a very complex sale. Jack took personal ownership of the sale and used his wide network of contacts to sell our property commercially. There were many curveballs that were thrown our way. Jack was resilient and stuck to the task in hand. One thing that impressed me most was that he would always return my call at his earliest convenience and that is a rare asset these days. All of the people involved in the sale were very pleased with his service. Thanks Jack for all your hard work to make this happen. 👌

GoogleJack and his team have been superb. They supported us through the sales and purchase process and were always helpful, good humoured, and efficient. They were always available to speak to and promptly replied to any queries. Without their tireless efforts I’m unsure the chain would’ve held. We’re now happily living in our new forever home. I thoroughly and unreservedly recommend them - and have already done so to friends.
