Account was hacked, after many attempts of using their system to recover it, I was simply going in circles. Nothing works, no email to Facebook or chat. They obviously don’t care or have computers running the whole show to save money. Small claims court is next. A few people have sued and won. With all the billions of so called users you would think someone could answer a phone or call back.

This is the poorest design social media platform, bar none. Their support is inept and barely available. The Meta Business Center is extremely poorly designed and convoluted. Considering the amount of money they pay their team, and the supposed education level, one would expect more from this company. They clearly do not answer to anyone. Facebook is billing me for no reason and I have contacted them about this more than 6 times and no answer i get solves it, they just refer to their "self help guidlines" with no explanation for their bill. Also more than one of the links they send are not active links, its very embarassing for them, but hey they dont care, they get their money anyway...

GoogleI’ve brought 2 previous properties from Goldin Lemcke over the years and I’ve been impressed with Simon and his team. Recently worked with Simon to sell 2 flats to purchase another property. Communication was spot on and Simon kept things flowing. I’m so pleased I worked with Simon on this, I highly recommend Goldin Lemcke.

This site has become infested with fake site personal details. Scammers, fraudsters and thieves. Especially Facebook market where most of the buyers who get in contact with you selling an item are con artists and thieves. They use fake profiles, FB do nothing, they use fake payment methods like Wise bank FB do nothing. They want proof of delivery then stop the payment before it's made. FB do nothing, Facebook is a pathetic criminal paradise.

Facebook did not delete my stolen identity card photo posted online despite email to them on their support email and now the poster is harrasing and posting it everywhere with bad remarks about me he wants and getting away with it. Facebook is not answering my email complain either.i had to go through a lot of bad health issues too because of Facebook this behavior.
