Facebook/Meta impeding sales of my small business

Zero stars and impeding sales of my business. My small business's Facebook Page and Business Portfolio were taken over by an unauthorized third party after a phishing attempt. Despite following every official recovery process Meta publishes, including their own AI support chat confirming the unauthorized access occurred, I was repeatedly told "we cannot resolve this at this time" and given the same broken links in a loop. There is no functional path to a human agent for this kind of business account fraud. Weeks later, the issue remains unresolved. The hackers are still actively using the account under my name, and I am now disputing new fraudulent charges to my card daily. I've provided this evidence, including Meta's own admission of the fraud, to an attorney handling a class action related to this exact pattern of Meta failing to help hacked account holders regain access.

Facebook is swarming with scammers

Facebook is swarming with scammers, including some adverts! especially those backed and supported by a company called Digistore24! I was recently scammed by one with a fake "pope', which was backed by them! My Bank confirmed that this was a scam, but Paypal havn't understood this..also all these so-called 'manifestation programmes' are scamming, taking unauthourised money from me without my consent! It's unbelievable how they trick us like that..

Absolute rubbish now

Absolute rubbish now. Glitchy all the time and keeps coming up with something is broken for the last month or so. You are darn right it's broken. All the other sites and programs work fine, but not Facebook. I only go on there for two reasons and that is a couple of friends like to stay in touch on messenger and I share my songs on there. Both are are a nightmare as it seems Facebook doesn't load properly. I won't have it on my phone so I only use it on my pc. That may end too as I've had enough. When you think of the technology around and Facebook acts like it's from the stone age, it makes you wonder. I stopped using Instagram ages ago for the same reason. Rubbish is a too kind a word to say about Facebook. Awful!!!

Its getting worse the terminator is happening but online. Everything is run by this ai called meta now, and every now and again it decides to go on some ban wave like say its GTA. And the same people run whatsapp and instagram too. One day i will make a website that does not abuse ai. Also facebook dating is rubbish, why does it stop me from swiping and says sorry thats enough today. Dumbness. There are no premium features which is also dumb. And if i see someone i know well but not seen for a while, sometimes when i try and add them, it says it looks like i may not know this person so i cant send a friend request. Dumbness. We have an item for sale on another…

We have an item for sale on another site, however someone has stolen our images and script and asking thousands of pounds cheaper for it on Facebook group. They are doing it as though they are a business but it's a group page. Facebook were advised that they have stolen our images and script but refuse to remove it saying it doesn't go against their rules. We have now been blocked from that page by the admin of that group. This is clearly a scam who Facebook are helping, so one wonders who's side they are on, clearly not the side of genuine people. This matter is being reported to the police. Facebook seem happy to ignore this type of scam and should be brought before the authorities to account for their actions, or in this case lack of!

from Facebook to Scambook

From an initial good idea, Facebook has gone so greedy it has lost its attraction. However, the biggest issue is how they have opened themselves up to every scam and con there is. You cannot trust any of the adverts, though I am sure there will be some that are legitimate, there are far too many fake products and scam subscriptions that you do not know about until they start taking cash from your bank 2 months later. You can threaten them with legal action and they do give the money back as they do not want you going through the bank. Facebook will let anyone advertise for a price. There is even porn adverts.

I cannot speak highly enough of the whole Goldin Lemcke team. I found Goldin Lemcke on Rightmove when I was in a complete panic. I was four days out from my move in date and the landlord for the property I was due to move in to was not answering calls or emails and had not signed the tenancy agreement. I called up GL to ask about a flat they had listed and explained my situation. Nick took the time to explain what my options were legally regarding the situation I found myself in and offered invaluable advice. When my tenancy was officially cancelled by the other letting agents, I called up GL again and they booked me in for a viewing three days later. Nick was beyond accommodating of my work schedule and incredibly kind throughout the whole process. I explained that I needed to move urgently because of my pets and Nick moved heaven and earth to make it happen. What was originally an incredibly stressful and painful experience of house hunting became such a positive and relaxed one. Nick and the whole GL team were extremely communicative and helped me understand every phase of the process. On top of that, they made my ideal move in date work. I am so grateful to have found this letting agent and am so grateful for all the ways they have gone above and beyond to help me with this move. I am eternally grateful for Nick and everyone who helped me at Goldin Lemcke with this move. I cannot speak of them highly enough.

Banned for life for describing myself as crippled

On 2/10/1997 the nhs crppled me in a routine op for a bulging disc causing sciatica by damaging c6/c7 of my spinal column - I can't even stand and have to be hoisted, my nhs notes say crippled frequently, though verbally nhs staff describe me "severely disabled" fearing offending me. I was hoping to host a family of Ukrainians, working class lad making good through Grammar and Uni, in one of few remaining Grammars, did nicely too in my 10 years working, but needed potential guests to understand I was crippled- I beleive ib plain speaking and truth over political correctness! Never expected to be banned, let alone for life from Meta for it, I ythink at least - Facebook software has a bug which took ages to build up is dossier but could not be downloaded! So much for AI! It did however tell me if I disagreed I could go via "local courts", which I believed to be UK ones, so I did. Then hit by Facebook's solicitors saying I had to sue in Missouri in the US! was a supporter of Facebook and social media, and opposed to restraints on social media, but Facebook is putting itself above UK law and district judge has dismissed my small claims case(no hearing) and stuck me with Facebooks egal costs - very unusual, supposed to be limited to exceptional cases. Now if the courts do this to Starmers proposed new laws.......I'm disabled, I can't bring a case in Missouri but seeing what else I can do here, is that the court breaking our Equality Act? Biggest losers are the Ukrainian family!

Hate this site nowadays

Hate this site nowadays. Among many growing issues, like AI generated ads being the primary content of people's feeds anymore, I recently had some issues with youtube, had to clear my cache and history. Logged back in, and now can't change my password, can't do anything, TO MY OWN ACCOUNT. Because apparently because I logged back in on the SAME computer with the SAME IP, I am somehow not me and can't do anything to my own account. Screw you Meta.

facebook is totally impossible tried to log into my account came up with id verifacation after turning the camera on it finally did it. still have to wait for an hour as too see what the decision is. other times i have had to put the whats app on my phone to get a code to log in you use to log in as normal with email and password. as for market place key words taking listings off and having to get an administrator to fix it. just to mention marketplace the tobbaco adds and alcahol adds on market place which are illegal facebook does not remove them it is not up to me or anyone else to remove them as i dont get paid for it. so facebook no stars bad communication and get rid ai. @!#$^^*&&*(^#%$#%^^&^*&*(*)()_((+_)(%#$%@#$

Seriously Don't Get It

Why on Earth on the America's Got Talent Facebook page and let me remind you which is a complete family show type allow a complete frontal nudity foreign female touching her breast exposed front and center in the comments? It was one of them posts that had a link or bubble like a long horizontal link(not sure technically what it's called) attached. Granted, even though the comment was posted close to the bottom of the thread I had reported it for sexual content and actually I was very surprised that it actually was allowed to stay so all I could do was just hide the comment!

Would not bother. Older lady manager is rude and abrupt when she moves your feet and does it dismissively with disrespect. Made bookings with a specific staff member and they werent honoured and kept getting given to the the rude old lady. Also tried to get away with not doing a top coat. Then tried to say they didnt do top coats at all as nails were wet. Then she apparently didnt understand english. What a cheek! Will not go back for bad service.

This is what they do to all pioneering accounts they have .i createdthat fb account wayback 2009 when the time friendster still exists and facebook was just starting to grow and not yet well known. Facebook meta using AI and has gone mad..I have been trying to get back into my account but they give me a code then it says error please try again..it goes on pages of codes and refuses to allow you to use your designated phone number. It happened a lot this year. You prove you are real then a.month or two they do it again. And no government ministers federal or state government will do anything.

Help Center is a joke!

My account was banned for an unknown reason. There is no action I can take & certainly no human that I can speak to. I receive a message from someone saying they can reinstate my account for $100. I reported that as a scam only to be told the person has breached no standards. Facebook is truly pathetic.

Honestly, my use of Facebook has become very limited because I feel like it consumes a lot of time with little real benefit. There is occasionally some good content, but most of the time it ends up being aimless scrolling. I hope they focus more on improving content quality and reducing distractions.
