Can not recommend Elliot’s enough, the whole team were excellent through our house moving process. A special thanks to Symon who made a typically stressful experience much more manageable, going great lengths to ensure both parties were looked after. There are always two aspects to a property purchase - the actual work, and the attitude of the agents. In terms of the work, I found Elliotts to be thoroughly knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and totally reliable. I received regular check-in calls, and a high degree of 'customer service'. As for attitude, everyone I dealt with at Elliotts was friendly, caring, and 'on the ball'. They are all delightful - a rarity in the world of estate agency in my experience.I hope (in the nicest possible way!) never to buy another property, but if I should find myself needing to do so in Hove, I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I'd highly recommend to anyone searching for a home in Hove to start their search with Elliotts.

Symon Back, Assistant Manager at Elliotts, was absolutely brilliant. He helped us buy our first home, and did everything in his power to push the deal through in no time at all - keeping us updated every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend Symon, and Elliotts, highly enough! When we’re ready to move again we’ll definitely go back to Symon and Elliotts.

I bought the house throught Elliots Astate Agents and I must say that my experience with them has been exceptional, really really helpful. Even though i took bit time completing the purchase because there were a lease extension involved the Elliots were on top of there game. Estate agents are often the target of criticism in the media, but Elliotts were very much an exception. Symon has been an exceptional agent for our flat purchase in Hove, and has been completely professional and supportive throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Elliotts to anyone planning on selling their property. Brian, Ben and Jordan gave me excellent down-to-earth advice without any fuss and helped with all of the challenges associated with multiple property sales. This was a great help to me and we made successful sales on all properties. Communication was also great throughout the process, which was important to me as I was living abroad. I recommend Elliotts if you are after a professional and no-nonsense approach to your property sale.

Symon Back from the outset was FANTASTIC on every level and I would highly recommend him to anyone having to go through the ‘wading through treacle’ process of being in a chain and buying/selling a house! Very authentic and personable and likeability factor without the usual estate agent pitches :) Steve Boone though I never met him was also FABULOUS and kept me in the loop consistently via e mail and phone and responded very promptly at all times. I had a really poor experience of some other estate agents and the first sale on my house fell through as a result :( Elliot’s have been consistently BRILLIANT throughout the whole process and helped me achieve my property regardless for almost a year! They have restored my faith in the process and super helpful and a great team! Thankyou Symon and Steve :)

Both he and Tobin showed their unending patience in trying to find me my perfect flat.The office always has a welcoming atmosphere and everyone is both friendly and professional.
