5 stars to Elliotts !!Many thanks to Brian, Tobin and Symon for helping with a very smooth sale , and especially from a Vendor who is 500 mls away. Any sale can be stressful but Team Elliott took the worry away with constant positive updates and a final result.I would wholeheartedly recommend this Firm of Estate Agents who do not add extra charges for this or that and who provide excellent service for the very competitive straightforward fee charged.Thank you all !!

We recently used Elliotts to sell our house in Hove. We have bought and sold houses before and have had good and bad experiences with Estate Agents, but our experience with Elliotts was excellent. From the time Brian Huggins came to give us an estimate through to completion of the sale they were easy to deal with. Brian in particular kept us informed of progress and liased with solicitors as and when needed. We had problems along the way but Brian kept on top of the sale process at all times.Tobin and Symon were always very pleasant to deal with and managed the viewings with charm and efficiency.Karen in the office was always there to support the team and us with paperwork and information, and a cheerful smile, when we needed it.We have no reservations in recommending Elliotts Estate Agents to anyone planning to sell their property as we found the whole team easy to deal with and who sussessfully sold our house in a difficult market.

We have just completed the purchased of our first home through Elliotts and they have given us nothing short of a first class service from start to finish.We viewed countless properties through many different estate agents and out of those only Symon at Elliotts went the extra mile to find us a property. Symon was extremely proactive in coming to us when a property within our criteria came on the market, which made a complicated process much simpler. Never acting like a stereotypical estate agent, he was professional enough for us to trust him yet relaxed enough to put us at ease. Symon is a glowing testament to the overall experience that Elliotts provide and we could not have asked for a better person to find us what we were looking for.From having our offer accepted, Tobin at Elliotts has been outstanding as well. There were a number of points that needed to be ironed out and he worked as a perfect link between respective solicitors. Again, Tobin acted in a way which made us feel important and not just another number to put up on the sales board.Symon, Tobin and the whole team at Elliotts have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and in our experience sit well above any other agent in the area.

TrustpilotMy experience with Elliotts was excellent...
I bought a house through Elliotts and it worked out nicely. Initially when looking for the house Steve was very helpful showing us around a few places. He also provided sage advice regarding my flat sale.The purchase itself ended up being quite long-winded with a lot of back and forth between solicitors, indemnities and general nonsense. Tobin, a Christian Bale lookalike who perhaps consumes a few more pies each week than Christian Bale, looked after our purchase. He was ridiculously helpful in making sure the purchase went through, phoning back and forth between solicitors, myself and the seller on an almost daily basis for weeks on end. I won't go into the details but on numerous occasions I felt he went well above and beyond what you'd expect from an estate agent in making sure the sale went through and the solicitors got what they needed. He was also always courteous to boot.We all know that estate agents are terrible human beings underneath, it comes with the territory. I can honestly say though that Tobin and Steve are good guys and by proxy Elliotts is an exceptional Estate Agent. I wish them and everyone else at Elliotts all the best.

Symon Back was a pleasure to work with. He is extremely personable whilst also being very professional at all times. My sale wasn't plain sailing but Symon remained a voice of calm & reason when we hit a few bumps in the road! Everything worked out well in the end & Elliotts achieved a price I was very happy with. I was very pleased indeed with Steve and his team, all were very friendly, efficient, hard-working and professional throughout, making the whole thing very easy. We had viewings within a week, and exchange of contracts in only one month, and Steve negotiated an offer of the full asking price after we turned down an offer of just under. He kept us informed at every stage, right through to completion, and always responded immediately to phone calls and emails.
It was a pleasure to deal with you Chris, we were pleased to have been able to generate the interest we did in such a relatively short time, thank you also for the feedback on us keeping in touch once the buyer had been found!

We recently purchased a property where Elliott’s were the selling agents. Ben’s communication was exemplary throughout the process despite what turned out to be a very difficult chain (nothing to do with Elliott’s). Genuinely the timely communication from Ben as well as his dogged chasing of all parties in the chain stopped us from calling time more than once. I must have spoken/communicated with Ben at least 10 times for every 1 time with my own agent. Would recommend.

Symon and the team were very helpful in chasing the solicitors and having a handle on all the moving parts. The wider team were also helpful and found out all the information we needed when our lead estate agent was away. They were also proactive in calling us which is much better than chasing for answers so good job Elliotts!

From the first day, throughout the whole process-at times quite stressful -Symon was helpful, encouraging and very calm and at all times professional . I never doubted that he was the best person to sell my house. All other staff in the office were aware of our sale and all very helpful.

Symon was really helpful from the get go. He recommended I viewed the place I ended up buying even though it wasn't somewhere I hadn't considered before. The solicitors on both sides were at time a little slow but Symon was in contact with them and the sellers regularly to make sure everything went through quickly, giving me regular updates. Brilliant service and always very friendly and helpful.
