GoogleVery pleased with the service provided by Dean & Co. They organised and conducted the viewings and offered good advice, which probably helped to sell the property. They also provided a professional interface between the buyers and ourselves.

GoogleAwful! From start to finish the whole experience was horrendous. They made an already difficult time, worse and I cannot discourage anyone enough to AVOID! They are liars, everything they said was rubbish and they even allowed the people buying my house to vandalise it before we even completed! Pulling paper off the walls, ripping carpet up etc.

GoogleI bought my bungalow through Dean & Co and Les and Ryan, with whom I had most dealings, were really responsive, professional and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, no many how many times I wanted to see the property, to be sure it was the right one. They happily met several surveyors and always tried to fit in my requests when they could, being flexible yet professional throughout the transaction. I would have no qualms about using Dean & Co for Buying or Selling. GoogleWe have dealt with many of the Brighton and Hove estate agents over the last few years and we have to say that Dean & Co have been the best to deal with, being very proactive with managing our house purchase from the time we offered which went to sealed bids to, happily for us, exchange and completion. Both Adam and Les have been a pleasure to work with, even when complexities with our purchase arose Les maintained communication with both sides and negotiated solutions with the upmost professionalism and respect for both sides. Both us and the sellers have been highly impressed with our experiences. Subsequently we have also decided to sell our flat with Dean & Co. We look forward to working with Adam and Les again and would highly recommend their services if you are either buying or selling a property in Brighton, Hove or surrounding areas.

GoogleWe bought our first property through Dean & Co. They were really good in accommodating the viewings and always answered all our (many) enquiries and gave us re-assurance as a first time buyers. But what we liked from them is that we felt they were honest, not the typical estate agents that are trying to rush / sell you what you don't want! Adam gave us good advice when we viewed the first property (which it didn't match what we were looking for) and we're glad that he showed us the property we bought (which by the way, we love!). I would recommend them.

GoogleAs the CEO of a housing association, I come into contact with many estate agents. Dean and Co are simply the very best. They sold us our home and have now guided us through the emotional and potentiually stressfull task of selling it again and moving on. Their personal service, subtle diplomacy and inherent professionalism is exceptional. Customers can feel comfortable to follow thier advice to the letter and know that their interests are this estate agent's primary objective. This is the most glowing review I have ever written and it is well deserved. Our only sadness is that we have moved to another area, where they do not operate and if one day we decide to move again, we will almost certainly have to rely on the services of a less than exceptional estate agent.
