Marc and Russell are exceptional consultants both of whom clearly possess many successful years of experience in their field. From our first meeting with Marc he was outstanding, understanding our situation and advising us on the best way to sell a property. Russell took the time to get under the skin of our property, to learn about our community and how to appeal for prospective buyers. On the day of exchange our buyers demanded a huge amount of money off of our beautiful home and we felt completely and utterly ambushed, but Marc reassured us and guided us through the process ensuring we came to a close allowing the chain to remain in place and for us to exchange a week later. Marc also took the time to advise us on our purchase which he didn’t need to do, yet he answered some complex questions for us. We always felt he was invested in the full ecosystem of our move from end to end. We could not hold Cox & Co in any higher regard, if you are selling your home these chaps will not only sell it for you, but they will support and enable a smooth process throughout.
