GoogleExcellent service from all at Brices. They have always been quick to find me tenants and their management service has been great too. Alex recently sold the flat for me and found the perfect buyer within days. They’re all lovely people to deal with and the company has a real family feel to it. Big thumbs up from me.

GoogleI have recently purchased a property through Brices and the quality of service received has been outstanding. They're a professional team who I felt were with me every step of the way through my first home purchase and having come up against a few issues they helped in every way possible and from looking at a possible completion date of Feb'15 they got me into the property in Nov'14 ! I would highly recommend Brices and have been thoroughly impressed with the service provided. I had the most dealings with Jon who was fantastic however everyone I dealt with was great.

GoogleSeriously awful estate agents - the worst ones I have ever dealt with. Do not, do not use them. Not only are they quick to shirk off any responsibility - they are also extremely rude and incredibly defensive. Instead of being apologetic for their short-comings/misunderstandings near the end of my tenancy, they proceeded to act in a very defensive manner, verbosely making threats and personal digs towards me. I was basically called a bully, when actually all I had done is speak assertively (several colleagues of mine were opposite me while I was on the phone and testified to that, because I was concerned that I had been rude! Phew). To be honest with you, it was like talking to a petulant teenager. When I tried to explain that I wasn't being aggressive, I was just trying to sort something out, I was met with more sneers. I would say that they're all well and good, so long as they get your money and your signature. As soon as they have that then they are as rude to you as they like. I didn't argue back because there is more to life. I'm a big believer in reputation, and as far as I'm concerned, if they really want to upset people enough in this already saturated market, then me arguing back isn't going to do anything. Their shortcomings speak for themselves. I will not use them ever again, that's for sure and I'm glad to be rid of them. I'm also going to make sure that any friend or loved one in Brighton&Hove I have will not use them either (yes, that's how strongly I feel about the 'service' I received).

GoogleI have only just started my tenancy with Brices, but I would like to underline how helpful they already have been to me. Since I am from overseas, I had some payments problems, and they were really helpful, spending their Saturday helping me finding solutions in order to make me move into my flat on the due date. If all of the tenancy goes on like this, it would probably be a very enjoyable one.

GoogleI was renting an apartment in Brighton & Hove and got to know Brices - Brighton and Hove Estate agency in 2014, 2015. Ellie, as our contact person, was always very friendly, responded very quickly and got the 'problems' solved in a very professional and efficient way. As a foreigner the whole agency was always helpful in explaining me the specific procedures and guide me through the processes. Thus, I only can recommend Brices!

GoogleAfter being let down Fox & Sons lettings agency in Brighton, me and my partner had to find a suitable flat within 5 days otherwise we would have been homeless! Brices did everything thy could to help us out. and within 5 days we were moved into our beautiful new home. I really couldn't thank them enough for the help they gave during this time and would recommend everybody to use their services.

GoogleExcellent service from the Brices team. Alex showed our property to prospective buyers and we found him efficient, reliable and genuine. He managed to secure an offer for our asking price. Louise then took over at the solicitor stage and I honestly think that without her input it wouldn't have progressed-it wasn't a straightforward sale. We exchanged today (!!) but I would have written the review anyway-highly recommend them.

GoogleNot like any other estate agency - So honest, personable and they knew everything about my flat before i'd even shown them around, they clearly did their homework. My flat sold for 40k over what the online people valued it at - within a DAY for it going up for sale. Can't beat them. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

I am the Director of Brices and was really sad and concerned to see your review which I found last night on Google. I brought this up in our team meeting this morning to find out what exactly happened to let you down so badly. I have run a search and found your email (below) and being truly honest, we just missed this one. No excuse and absolutely unacceptable! The team have had a strong brief to ensure this does not ever happen again. With regards to the missed calls, again, this is not OK and looking at our call log around that time, we were shortstaffed due to annual leave and were experiencing very high volumes of enquiries but we should not be missing any calls at all and this was poorly managed on my part in getting suitable staff cover. Your comments have prompted me to look at the engagement of a overflow answering solution to ensure ALL calls are taken at all times regardless of volume. Your feedback is very important and is 'good to hear' in the sense that it has highlighted some areas that are not working fluidly so thank you for that. I fully appreciate how frustrating and infuriating this must have been for you and not the experience any of us want you to have with Brices.
