GoogleConnor and Tom are two of the most courteous, affable, wonderful and magnificent gentlemen that I have met with in my life. They are very like the perfect gentlemen that you find in Victorian literature - great-hearted, kind and noble. It is incredibly rare to come across anyone as superlatively nice as Connor and Tom in this day and age, and Winkworths should be proud indeed for having them on their staff - hands-down the two best estate agents in the world. They deserve not five, but five million stars.

I recently purchased a flat through Winkworth - Thomas was my estate agent and was fantastic throughout. It ended up being quite a long process and Thomas was great at chasing up the solicitors and helping to move the purchase along. He gave great recommendations for a homebuying survey and was really helpful on both viewings - would highly recommend. Thank you Thomas!

Very annoying is putting it politely. Winkworth put a To Let sign outside my property. This was crudely attached to my front wall with masonry nails, damaging the pointing. I have never approached Winkworth and am not letting my property. I had to make three telephone call, each time being promised that the sign would be removed. I was then called back by someone from Winkworth who did not know why they were calling, me, only that they had been asked to call me. I was then put on hod for so long that I gave up. Three weeks later, the sign has not been removed.

We take all reviews very seriously and are sorry your experience has compelled you to lead a less than perfect review. However, we are genuinely puzzled here as your agent and you personally contacted us to arrange pre-completion access to store items and cut the lawn…. Both requests have been granted with good grace by the vendor, who certainly did not have to , and by ourselves without a trace of difficulty or rudeness.

GoogleI rented for a year from Winkworth and they were great from start to finish, but the real star player was Mariola - her role involves looking after the needs of those renting with Winkworth and from the very beginning she went above and beyond. She came round on her day off to introduce herself and discuss anything that needed fixing; she was immediately responsive for anything requests or questions I had throughout the whole tenancy. She made everything a breeze and I really appreciated it. I wouldn't hesitate to rent through Winkworth again for this experience. Thanks Mariola!!!

I can't praise them highly enough, particularly Terry as we didn't have an agent who sold our house so had to continually contact Winkworths instead. GoogleI had a very bad experience with Winkwork Chiswick. I paid a lot of money for a professional standard move-out cleaning (with official certification from the cleaning company), yet they still claimed it wasn’t up to “professional standards.” Despite the proof I provided, they tried to charge me £700 from my deposit, with some of the fees being completely unclear or unjustified. The whole process was stressful and felt extremely unfair. Communication was poor, and the person I was dealing with (Mariola) was not helpful in resolving the situation. I would not recommend this agency at all, very disappointing and unprofessional service.

Shaun and Aaron were amazing! The best real estate agents I have ever dealt with. Found us the most amazing property and helped us secure it and get it over the line in the most efficient and effortless way possible. They are both very friendly, honest and had great communication. Over all the they are both excellent at their jobs and car about their clients. Both went above and beyond in making this horrible process seem like a piece of cake!
