Throughout the conveyancing process, we faced a number of challenges and upheavals. At times, it felt overwhelming, but Maria remained calm, professional, and incredibly responsive. Her reassuring presence and excellent communication skills were invaluable. She consistently went above and beyond, even outside of working hours, responding to texts and calls promptly, something that’s rare in this industry. In a process as complex as conveyancing, where you’re dealing with multiple professionals, having someone like Maria made all the difference. GoogleProactive sales service from instruction to offer accepted. Company's sales progression could benefit from fine-tuning. This is a valuable function particularly in a 'challenging and protracted' sales transaction. Sheetal Suri, Senior Property Consultant stepped up to propel the sale of our property and we appreciate her efforts and input. Would have given Shaw & Co a 5-star rating but for the execution of its end-to-end sales progression service, and for that reason, given a 4-star rating.

GoogleAbsolutely thrilled with the service from Pav and the team. I was selling my aunt's house and dealing with family bereavement, so was already stressed. They were extremely responsive, proactive and helpful. They knew the local market well and took high quality photos that presented the property really well. They even provided access to affordable decent contractors for e.g. lock replacements, house clearance and solicitors, so felt like a one stop shop. Their customer service and excellent communication really stood out. Competitive price too, very pleased indeed, highly recommend. When businesses try this hard, they deserve success.

GoogleThroughout a series of infuriating issues with the "Asset Management Company" who were acting on behalf of the vendor in our buying process, Shaw & Co were constantly supportive, and Sheetal Suri was always available to offer advice and chase things up for us. Without Sheetal's support we might have become frustrated enough to pull out, and now we are happily settling in to our new home we are very grateful to her for making us feel that the struggle was worth it.
