Awful company who destroy any property site they manage through over inflated service charges and bad management. If these people manage a building you live in, move out.

A well executed transaction as expected from Savills an established business with a big reputation. There are many claims made by estate agents - they're famous for that but negotiating skills are another level. Charlie Knapp showed such skills and I would recommend him and his company without hesitation.

Didn't keep offers private. Tried to go back and forth between potential buyers to increase bids. Told other buyers I had offered asking price in a bid to increase sales price. I didn't think practices like this still existed. Disappointed to learn that they believe gazumping is fair.

Poor service, bidding against the wall is the norm .Beware they charge estate agent fees from the buyer and not the seller!Post sale service is poor with no response to calls, emails or texts.Consider other Auction houses which I have used with much superior service and not as costly.

GoogleI really liked working with Euan and Harry at Savills. Initially I was worried that they weren't well placed to sell my flat because I was at the lower end of the market in Chiswick, but actually I felt they put their all into it and found a really suitable buyer. They were also kind and nice people and not at all snobby. Euan also put me in contact with a really good mortgage broker who was the only one to help us gain the mortgage we needed in niche circumstances.
