The whole experience was excellent. It was a tricky sale, selling my mother's house with all the family, with their sometimes conflicting views, to keep happy, but Jamie and other staff made the whole process as easy as it could possibly have been. I could not speak more highly of Savills.

GoogleDelighted we appointed Savills Chiswick to sell our house. The service from start to finish was outstanding and they worked hard to achieve a great result in a quick timescale, despite the challenging lock-down circumstances. We interacted with all the Chiswick sales team at various points and they were all brilliant. Special mention though to our main contacts, Euan and Liz, who were superb - charismatic, professional, knowledgeable and always very responsive. When there was a slight hiccup in the chain during the process, it was very impressive how quickly they got things back on track. Liz especially worked incredibly hard helping to get things over the line during the final stages of the conveyancing process and we always really valued her excellent advice. Overall the Savills team were a pleasure to work with. Whilst slightly more expensive than their Chiswick competitors, it was worth paying the extra for the end-result and service throughout the process.

Terrible experience renting from Savills. They are withholding a portion of our deposit despite the inventory checkout report stating the property was returned in the same condition as it was when we moved in. I’ve heard horror stories about them before but didn’t expect the treatment to be this unfair and common procedure.
We take great pride is providing an excellent service so to hear we have fallen short of your expectations is disappointing to say the least. Savills have a heritage brand that represents a company once with dignity. The staff are awfully inexperienced, ignorant of dealing with people and they have high churn by front facing inexperienced staff (on low salaries no doubt). Heartless and soulless business. Never ever deal with them for lettings.
