In my case , Michael stout - he is always so quick and responsive to anything I ask and always lets me know anything important before hand so I can have time to act. He makes my life much easier when dealing with flat issues .

I have been with the Chiswick Marsh and Parsons Sales and Letting office for over 10 years. They have always been great but none more so than this year when I finally sold my rental flat. I was out of town so needed to lean on the team quite heavily to facilitate various tasks. Particularly my sales agent Sabina M. Went above and beyond both for me and the buyer. Her communication was second to none keeping all parties up to date and on track and she even FaceTime’d me so I could say goodbye to my first home (unprompted) which I was so grateful for. To finally let go of my first very loved own home. I can’t really begin to say how grateful I am to the whole team. Particularly Sabina and former sales manager Carla. They were flexible. Super helpful and focused on the sale. I cannot recommend them enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Word to the wise regarding M&P

I have had multiple challenges working with this letting agent and and would not recommend them as a tenant. They look out for their landlord clients and make a pretty penny doing it. Even my landlord said their fees are high. The staff changes frequently and there was a lot of pressure for me to bid high and do a long tenancy to get a flat I ended up having to leave early as they neglected to put in a break clause which was very expensive for me and very lucrative for them. Max Davis and Roy Khan were very helpful though, but make sure you read the fine print before you sign anything as it may come back to bite you!

Arguably the worst agents in London. Don't even think of working with these people. They are nice and useful until you sign, after that they are not just useless, but will ignore you, make your life hell and purposely sabotage your peace. Also not a one person in the staff sort of thing. Disgraceful these bunch are still in business.

Your home purchase may be important to you, but it isn't to M&P!

This review relates only to the Streatham Hill branch of Marsh and Parsons, through which I attempted to buy a home in 2025. My experience points to a disorganised and poorly managed estate agency, and I would recommend prospective buyers and sellers avoid M&P and choose from the many other excellent estate agents in the area. The lack of care and transparent communication from M&P has left me without a home for several months and thousands of pounds out of pocket. Junior estate agents seem reluctant to escalate obvious issues to managers, and the branch director, Jonathan Mallet, has made no attempt to provide the most basic level of customer service.

I don’t often write reviews, but after such a great experience with Marc at Marsh & Parsons, I felt it was only fair to share my thoughts. To be honest, I’ve never been a fan of estate agents due to a couple of bad experiences in the past. I’d actually been putting off selling my house for a while, mostly because I wasn’t mentally prepared for the stress I assumed would come with putting it on the market. When I finally decided to take the plunge, I contacted Marsh&9Parsons for a valuation. A gentleman named Marc arrived, punctual, well-presented, and with a warm and friendly manner, all while remaining thoroughly professional. This was a very welcome surprise compared to my previous experiences. Wow, this guy must have a master’s in property (if that’s even a thing)! He knew so much about my house and the surrounding area, even things I didn’t know, and I’ve lived here for over 20 years. He was not only highly knowledgeable and professional but also kind and approachable, which made a huge difference to my overall confidence in the process. Thanks to Marc, I’m now feeling far more positive about selling my home, and he may have even restored my faith in estate agents.
