GoogleTalked a good game despite having the highest commission rates while trying to sell our flat so we opted to go with them. Since signing, it's just been lacklustre really - they asked to reduce the price 1 day after adding to market even after guarantees and completely deviated from the original plan laid out without any notification or acknowledgement. Barely any viewings, didn't respect the 24h notice we asked for at all often calling 1 hour ahead, and no feedback or follow-up from the viewings we did have whatsoever on potential buyer thoughts, hang-ups or improvements to make, etc. 2 star instead of 1 as the staff we've spoken to have been polite and nice. Seems to be organisational/process issues.

Since Cameron has taken over as main point of contact for the property we are renting out, he's been really efficient and shows willing to help at all times whenever there is an issue. Great communication and quick to find a solution.

Stay far away from them. Sarah Warmington handled my case and I must say all of these agents are crooks.. They tried to force me to rent out my flat to an inappropriate tenant which they didn’t even want to expose. Eventually I found out who the proposed tenant was and got the shock of my life. When I refused I got called all sorts of things by this agent!! And she tried to scam me on so much money as a punishment for not letting my flat (yes, I’m talking about 1300 pounds), and keep in mind that I had not signed any contract with them!!! Even the receptionist at the agency tried to stop me from calling the support centre by hiding the phone number with his own hands. Absolutely repelled by these criminals!!!

The head office is not responsive and they just don't care, the service is average and the head office does not respond to customers' complaints.The young agents are let down and not supported by the head office. I could write a full-page, however, I will not waste any more valuable time, other than say stay away from the agency. HEAD OFFICE DO NOT RESPOND. STAY AWAY FROM THE AGENCY.

I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH MARSH AND PARSONS AGENT, THEY DONT ANWSER CALLS, OR EMAILS, OR TEXTS SINCE MOVE IN DATE. AS SOON AS YOU PAY YOUR RENT, WHICH I PAYED UPFRONT FOR 1 YEAR, THEY DON'T HELP AFTER ALL. THE METER IS BROKEN, I RECIVE NO BILLS BECUZ OF THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE, NOW I HAVE NO HOT WATER OR HEATING IN AN £3600 A MONTH APARTMENT.????????????????????
