GoogleRead most of the reviews. Not all experiences can be good. We did not have one. Got cheated by them with our advance deposit towards one of their apartment. Not only that, the attitude of one their staff was the WORST.NegativeProfessionalism

Dear Spancy Ferns, We take customer service very seriously, which is evident from the reviews we already have on Google. It seems that we have not had any communication with yourself and this review has been INCORRECTLY posted. Kind Regards, Marcus Telford

GoogleAppalling! Charged me £1700 for repainting a tiny studio flat that did not need repainting anyway! Shame!
Agent replied · 24 October 2024
Mr. Santos, the £1,700 charge encompassed more than just painting services. It also covered the essential pest fumigation due to the presence of mouldy food being stored as waste throughout the premises, including floors and beneath the bed. Not to mention, broken toilet seat, broken fridge door and stained furniture. We are willing to provide photographic evidence to corroborate this information for anyone reviewing this feedback. WE WILL NOT RE RENT TO YOU AND ADVISE ANY OTHER AGENTS THE SAME.
