AVOID this company! The amount of times they have failed to resolve their own mistakes is countless. Late rent, not returning calls, making excuses, over promising and not delivering, repeatedly lying and then back-tracking on their own lies. These are half of the problems I’ve had with this company in the last 6-7 months. Not vetting their tenants is a real worry, they assured me that their tenants are professionals and how they pay the rent on time etc, well that wasn’t true at all. The tenants stole many items from my property and Marcus Telford didn’t do anything about it. Their lack of professionalism and problem solving is third class. I’m very surprised that they are still open for business. AVOID THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. Do not give them your property for rental!

This review is not about the agency but about one of theirs agent. I recently had the displeasure of dealing with agent L during my house search. Despite expressing interest in a property, I was left waiting for 3 days without any updates. When I asked for information, the agent claimed ignorance and allowed me to wander around a park-like area with multiple houses, hoping to find the right one, she never came to the view, Not only was this unprofessional, but the agent’s rudeness further exacerbated the situation. Additionally, I requested a contract longer than a year, and agent L repeatedly tried to evade my request with the same rehearsed responses. Their lack of transparency and dismissive attitude made the entire house-hunting experience unpleasant. In summary, my encounter with agent L was disappointing, and I would caution others against working with her. ( see how they replied to my bad review )
