GoogleWe purchased a property in March in Isleworth and though Foxtons were not my agents as the buyer, the whole team treated me with such respect and professionalism. Saijal set the tone from the top, and ably supported by Pam, Ed and their whole support team. They helped manage the chain (including my own sale), co-ordinating between the various agents and solicitors, and they duly kept me informed at all stages of the process. It was never too late for them to take my calls, and going this extra mile gave me such confidence. More than this, they were always courteous and respectful over phone and email, and they always accommodated me when I asked to visit the property with family and builders. I would highly recommend anyone using them in future - don't be too tempted by other agents with lower commissions, you get great value from Foxtons and they make a house purchase/sale almost an enjoyable experience!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleDo Not Rent they will leave you Homeless I have a very bad experience just now with them I rented a property in mid May of 2020 on the pandemic and I was very happy after paying and referencing we signed the contract on the 20th of May. The start of tenancy started on 15th of June, but on the 12 of June the manager called and said there was a leak at the property and we couldn’t move in straight away we had to wait a couple of days. On Monday since no one called or emailed I called and found out that they don’t have any answers. Every day since I’ve called and they didn’t pick up, couldn’t help and eventually after 5 days mr. Liam spoke to us and said someone will call, no supprise when no one called at the end of business day on Friday we called again and property management and they said we should stop calling because someone will call us. Of course nobody called and we ended up waiting until Monday , that when it happened: we called Property Management and spoke to Them and he said that our contract it’s cancelled and there’s nothing we can do about it and that it was cancelled last week, of course even without emailing us or anything and that the refund was on it’s way. I called The agent and spoke to her she was very evasive and when I asked about proof of the cancellation of contract and everything she said yes but never actually sent me anything. We are currently homeless and trying to find a place to live. Please let my experience help others not go through the same experience.

GoogleDo not use Foxtons for anything. This company is highly unprofessional, and their motto, "We get it done" is the complete OPPOSITE of the reality of using Foxtons. I have never experienced a group of people who care so little about their clients, and I think this company needs to revisit their values.

GoogleReview for Charles, who is part of the concierge service. I found Charles very helpful, he was courteous, professional and did what he said he would regarding organising a quote for work in one of our flats within a very short timeframe. He also kept in touch with follow up calls.

GoogleTenancy department is the worst thing ever. Once they have you they literally don't care about it. If you are a landlord you are better off dealing with tenants yourself as they will disappear. We have been trying to agree on inventory related stuff since June. Stuff that we directly contacted and agreed with the landlord in five minutes. They blatantly lied to us and to landlord with regards to compensation for repairs that have been promised and not done. The worst scum there is in all honesty.

GoogleSorry to say, but dealing with Foxton in order to buy an investment property in the UK was one of the most horrendous experiences I have ever had. Lucky enough, I was able to get mine through a different agent just before deciding to invest in a different place.

GoogleFantastic experience with Mr.Harry Molyneux/Foxtons - supportive with solicitors selection/management, great on price negotiation, efficient on property viewing/selection. The overall Foxtons are great - each member brings its added value. Great with follow-ups. It is our second experience with Foxtons - the best on the market :-) Regards Alexei

GoogleI had the opportunity to deal with Foxtons Concierge Services over some renovations that I am considering. I found Charles to be very motivated and helpful. Through his knowledge and enthusiasm he soon provided me with exactly the information I needed. He was diligent and professional throughout.

GoogleTotal sham of a company that is in its dying years so they don't care. I'm a landlord but they have made a decent tenant angry and me also. I never get a reply to emails or calls. I am terminating our agreement , I have had to engage my solicitor because all other correspondence has been ignored.

GoogleI have paid for my flat's check in report 2 years ago but nobody seems to find it now. What is more, state agents are demanding me to look for it or it looks like I will not receive any support what so ever. I am still waiting to find out who pocketed the full amount.

GoogleIt's now over a month since moving out of a short term let and we are still waiting for the £800 deposit to be returned, and still no word on why 10% was deducted, despite the property being left in a far cleaner state than when we moved in. We would not recommend Foxtons to anyone else.
