GoogleIn August Foxton's have been advertising studio flats. I've emailed but never got a response back for a week, so I emailed again and didn't get a response back again. So I went to the store and receptionist couldn't find the flat in the system, although it was still advertised and I presented it to her. She then called someone and that someone within 10 seconds before even hearing the full details of the flat just said the flat has been let... ridiculous.

GoogleDisorganised right from the beginning of our tenancy right through to the end. When we moved in, we had to call Foxton's for a lot of the previous tenant's belongings and bags of rubbish to be taken away, and a few of the things in the flat were not working as expected/broken, so it appears a thorough check had not been carried out prior to us moving in. Another issue to flag is that they will try to keep your tenancy deposit after moving out without comparing the check-out report to the inventory and deduct money for 'damages' that already existed at the start of the tenancy. It is their job to compare both documents to make decisions about the tenancy deposit fairly, but alas, they didn't do their job on this occasion (our property manager was Tamara). Be mindful that they'll try to do this and raise a dispute if it happens.

GoogleI was cheated by foxton and no body helped me, I rented an apartment in Chiswick and I was in hurry to get the contract to register my only son to the Belmont school , after I paid the 6 months rent in advance they did not answer my phone any more and they never came to clean the apartment and do the painting. We forced to live in a very bad condition as we had no choice but to stay . After they got the money they clearly told me landlord not agree to fix the issues and you have to fix every thing your self . It was a big hole at the corner of the toilet full of dorms and my son always afraid to go washroom in this apartment . I hope this review help other people not to risk their life with this real state . I will never forgive them

GoogleI feel extremely lucky to meet with Narean, as my ongoing flat search for weeks was turning into the most stressful experience. GoogleMade an offer, the landlord accepted, paid the deposit, signed the contract, made all arrangements for moving (like hiring a storage place, sorting out accommodation for the weeks prior to my moving) and I was told by the agent the place was already mine. But just now I was told the landlord had accepted a different offer and I'm left with no house. Outrageous... Not professional at all. Do never go with them...

I have worked with many agents over the years and I can honestly say he was by far the best agent I have ever come across. 10/10, he exceeded all my expectations and went above and beyond through the journey. Foxtons should be extremely proud of him he is the perfect candidate and an asset to the team. And I look forward to working with him in the future.

GoogleChan would be a credit to any estate agency but more importantly Chan is a decent, balanced, well-informed, well-read and well- rounded person. Ideally, I would have purchased my dream flat from Chan. Even when that didn't happen, Chan remained available, proactive keeping in touch and interested in my purchase. Would highly recommend Chan to you.
