Upgrading work under difficult circumstances

We have had a lot of upgrading work done to a house that had not had a change of tenant for many years, only to then find we needed additional works when it was declared a HMO. Chris and Pam have given us excellent service and achieved this with the tenants in situ, and in difficult circumstances while Covid was still a factor.

Don’t choose Dexters

Hello Guys!We have rented 3 bed house from Dexters. We have signed contract first 8th Aug. Then when we go to the house for cleaning we get shocked. The house like cowshed:) they did something and we moved 17th Aug. One bedroom Out of use because really strong smelling carpet or something. Now we can’t use another room as well because radiator suddenly getting cold after boiler turn off. Toilet Flush is doesn’t work Etc. We have so many problems we’re waiting for Dexters will do something but today I got email. They’re asking what’s your problem:)) and one of the management manager said if you don’t like you leave the house. :)) it’s been more than 4 Months and I got final mail if you don’t like leave the house :)) My advice if need to rent house from Dexters Check the house EmptyCheck everything even tabs, flush, floor furniture, smell.Because after signing the contract you can’t get solutions.For small problems they are good likeTab changeWashing Machine Change

So far our experience of renting through Dexters has been straightforward and relatively easy. Zendeca from the Battersea branch went above and beyond to get us a viewing of our perfect property, despite it being her day off and viewings having already been completed. She worked hard to get to know us so we could make the best offer to the landlords, and was responsive and kept us updated throughout the whole process.
