Great customer service!

I moved into my new property on the 20th December 2022, just before Christmas which is a hectic time for everybody! However, with the assistance of Dexters (especially Bill) they have made my move very smooth and hassle free. Bill has been nothing but helpful, proactive and attentive. He has gone above and beyond to answer all of my questions and always gets back to me when he says he will (a lot of people don’t!). Bill has (and will continue to I’m sure) provided me with excellent customer service.

Danny in the maintenance has been very helpful with my washing machine, he gave me step by step instructions whilst on the phone which were easy to follow and hopefully an engineer would not need to waste their time coming out. Lots of issues when moving in, helpful getting these sorted

I recently moved into a property let by and managed by Dexters. One of the reasons I chose Dexters was because I thought I would be less likely to have issues with it being a larger company. However when I moved in there were a wide range of issues including mould, furniture that was supposed to be removed, broken appliances and blocked drains. Basic checks before I moved in would have identified these issues.

She never made us uncomfortable and helped answer all our questions, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand . She really cares about hers clients and in fact on my second viewing of the property helped keep my toddler busy whilst I took a good a look at the property .My 3 year old daughter really loved Paige.
