I was first shown round our flat by Katherine who was lovely and incredibly helpful. Stav managed our let overall and he also went above and beyond. This was by far the easiest renting experience I've had with an estate agents and have Stav to thank for that.

We were very happy with the service from Sebastian and Amy for the rental of our Barnes house. We discussed the marketing, timing and price with Amy for the few months running up to the rental and this proved to be spot on. We had 3 viewings prior to our house being launched on the website, and received offers from 2 of these, higher than the guide price. Sebastian provided excellent support throughout the process, guiding us and the new tenants on what was required at each stage. We were very happy with the whole experience from start to finish.

From the beginning Chestertons refused to answer any questions or provide information regards our flat. When pressed for safety checks the Chiswick manager chose to relist the flat without consulting either party.Was a terrible experience and we will defintely not recommend or use Chestertons in the future.

We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the service received.We can assure you that the negotiator dealing with the sale would have provided you with all information available to us at that time. In regards to the safety checks, these were not a requirement for the sale and would have slowed the process down for both parties. The seller requested that the property be relisted once the original offer was reduced, and we must follow the orders of the property owner. Once again we are very sorry for any inconvenience that this caused.

If you are renting a flat then I can truly recommend the Battersea Park branch of Chestertons . I've been renting through them now for over ten years and I've hardly had a day when my property has been empty. Their ability to find new tenants, fix whatever needs fixing and manage every detail of the changeover of tenants is truly amazing. They have an excellent team in Camillo Degregorio, Charlie Carter & Andrew Ogley who keep you posted with developments and more importantly just get the job done. You may think this review is a little over the top but I can promise you is no exaggeration.
