Colette O'Sullivan have been instrumental in maintaining my flat at a safe and legal level. She without fail, informs me of what is needed in terms of updating the various certificates for electricity, gas and others up to date, current, thus ensuring we all remain safe and within the law. without her support, I will not be able to navigate all the requirements for a safe rental of my house. I commend her excellence and diligence, a well deserved 5 stars.

The safety compliance team I think are the best team to ever walk this planet. We are a contractor who do works for Chestertons (NXG Home Services). We have never came across a team who are as efficient and helpful as these guys. I have had the pleasure of liaising with Mark Kardos from Chestertons as the property manager for my flat over the last two years, and I can say that I’m happy with the service he provided.From the beginning, Mark managed my flat promptly and efficiently, ensuring that all my requests were addressed promptly.Unfortunately the landlord didn’t want to undertake some repairs that needed doing from the beginning of my tenancy. But I can say that Mark tried to do his best. Mark's excellent communication skills and responsiveness were particularly good. Whenever I had a question or concern, he was always quick to respond and provide the necessary assistance.I am genuinely grateful for the great job Mark has done in managing the flat I was renting. His professionalism, reliability, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable.

She pulled out all the stops to ensure a number of repairs were made, and a cleaner was found last minute, whilst a tenant was in the process of vacating, and whilst we were up against a deadline due to selling the property

Poor team, one of our executive staff was relocated in a chestertons let property, we were given a great onboarding however when it came to renewals, very disgraceful. we had agreed to several offers that the landlord had apparently made but obviously because right now open market is more attractive they did everything to break the contract so they could let it at higher price, disgraceful from an agency that calls themselves world class, I do not think they can be world class with that quality and behaviour. Renewal teams at Chestertons emails are a sight to see, Specially the team that handled our extension.
